RMK Enterprises LLC opened in 2004 with the goal of providing excellent project management and owner’s representation services to both for-profit and not-for-profit businesses in the Greater Washington DC area.  Clients include businesses undergoing construction of new buildings and buildouts of new office suites.   Additionally, we now serve clients who would like to off load their property management duties so that they can better focus on their main business.

Ron Katz is a proven business leader with over thirty years experience in managing complex projects in the United States and internationally. He has managed individual projects of over $15 Million.  Ron’s strong management, customer relationship, and communication skills help to achieve successful projects for his clients. Services focus on project management, construction management and facility management.

Ron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master’s in Management from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
