Gesher Jewish Day School
Owner's Representation, Project Management and Facility Management
Oversaw construction of a 45,000 square foot K-8 day school campus on 28 acres with a budget of $15 Million. The Board of Directors asked me to take over this project at a critical juncture, with significant issues outstanding. Worked effectively with the general contractor, dozens of other contractors and the County to achieve major milestone: school opened on time, in September 2007.
The Purnell Group – Notes Dr Warehouse
Facility Management and Construction Management
Oversaw the transition of this 50,000 square foot warehouse from a long term tenant to two new tenants. Included repairs and construction through County inspections. Ongoing facility management responsibilities.
Otolaryngology Associates
Owners Representation & Facility Management
Responsible for overseeing construction buildout of a 25,000 square foot 3 story building for the medical practice. Assisted owners with all aspects of the project from bidding out the project and GC selection through move-in and starting up the practice in its new home. Also Owner’s Rep for a 2nd project, a 4,200 square foot buildout of a new office in Loudoun County. Currently continuing in a facility management role for their three locations.
Atlantic Union Bank
Construction Consultant
Services include document and plan reviews, construction inspections and payment application reviews. Services provided for both commercial and residential customers of the bank.
